Her life at risk
Kenzo stood by the car for about five minutes and she still wasn"t coming out from the club. And whenever he talks into the small mic, the only thing he hears was her muffled sound. They were supposed to leave in five minutes, he couldn"t leave her behind. Did something happened to her, why wasn"t she out yet, was she that gullible enough to get access to easily, was he, perhaps having his way with her already, the thought of it, irks him, he tucked his gun properly in its place, he can"t blame her, Hazard was a very rough man.
marching back to the club. Giving orders to Aziel to leave if he doesn"t come out in ten minutes. They had stayed behind time already. Any more delays and they"re screwed.
The took long stride towards the room upstairs, and the problem was, he doesn"t know which room she was in.
"Hang in there, okay." He whispered, doubting if she could hear him. Why did is he feeling this way, when he saw her on that dress, damn hot, she was totally different from the nerdy girl he locked up in his dungeon. He wanted to have her beneath him, moaning his name. His hands wrapped around her beast pointing at him, earlier on. He hadn"t expect such reactions from just seeing in that dress.

He slapjacks himself for having such thought about her, that still didn"t change that she was a nerd. And the type of girl he doesn"t want to get involved with.
Sara was the third girl, he was fucking, and they had stayed for almost a year, the longest he had had so far. Their was nothing between them except she was just his sex toy. Damn good in bed, maybe that"s why they stayed this long.
"Which room?" He asked himself, he opened the first door and shut it back immediately, before the man could yell at him. He ran shortly, towards the next door. The door was bolt from the inside, so he couldn"t open it. Remaining just three room, maybe they could be at the last room, or the one in the middle.
That would do, search the middle then the last. He hurried to the wooden door and barge in, interrupting the hot session, going on the room.
"Sorry.." he shut the door.
Obviously the last room. His hands were on the knob of the door. He exhaled and pushed the door opened. He stiffed when he came in.
"Shut the door behind you." Hazard ordered. His eyes were glued to Elina tied to the bed, with her hands above her head, over her mouth was a tape, her dressed was tore up to her waist, exposing her entire legs. He could tell she couldn"t see clearly, the contact lens might have fall off or something. The hands of the dress was tore off.
Hazard stood beside her, with a gun aimed at her head. His shirt was off, leaving just his bulging stomach. He smirked, seeing Kenzo rooted to the floor. He loved the looked he had on. Obviously he wasn"t expecting this.
"I know you would come..." he walked few meters away from her.
"You thought you could set me up." He laughed.
"I knew everything, I just played along, to get you in here. Into your own trap. Surprisingly, someone you knew told me of your plan. That"s what am gonna use against you. Amazing isn"t. Starting from your little pet. What"s her name again?"
Kenzo didn"t say a word but moved closer to Hazard.
"If you step closer I might decide to use this." He kissed the gun. "How about we"ve a little vodka to celebrate. Cause you might have well start receiving calls. Ha-ha"
"Let her go." His face was hard. Elina lifted her head. When she heard his voice.
Elina lifted her head. When she heard his voice. Kenzo was here. He came to her.
"Isn"t She part of the game. Well I can tell she"s new, where did you see someone as pretty as her, first it was Kathleen, Sophie and Sara now her. What do they see in you. I doubt if they know who you truly are they would stick to you. Every one will leave you. Every damn fucking one will do. And I"ll make sure you live to see everything you work hard for falling in your goddamn face!"
He touched her face with the gun.
"So fresh and hot." He bite his lips.
"Just wondering how she would feel down there, damn sweet. Shit!" He cussed.
Hazard, someone he wouldn"t hesitate to pull the trigger up on his skull. But he couldn"t do that, not now. He just had to play cool. Else she might end up dying. He just had to get her out of here, thus he need a plan.
His phone rang.
"Guess they"re calling. I"ve been expecting it. ha-ha"
"Aziel"
"You need to get out of there now sir, it"s a trap, the men sent to his house were all killed."
"And Ben?"
"We don"t know if he"s still alive, just get out of there. It"s surrounded. We fell into a trap."
"We didn"t fall into a trap. There was a mole in our midst. Someone betrayed us. Get everyone out of here. Now."
"You first Sir!"
"I said now, it"s an order."
"Aziel isn"t it? too bad he isn"t with me, I would have made him a king."
"Why don"t you think of making yourself a king instead.."
"Main reason I want to ruin you Kenzo. You"re too full of yourself. You met me here. I"m the king of the game. You can"t out thrown me."
"Never seen a man as hypocrite as you"re. You can"t kill me. You know that. We both do."
"But I can kill her." He direct the gun at Elina.
Kenzo pulled out his own gun. Towards him. He cooked it.
"Kill her and I pulled the trigger."
Five of Hazard men rushed into the room. Each had a gun directed at Kenzo.
"And they kill you too." He twirled around. With the gun now facing Kenzo.
"We already had so much loss tonight. And this girl, I want her. And we can..."
"You simply can"t have her. Not now not ever."
"Ha-ha" he laughed like an hyena.
"If you move an inch, they won"t hesitate to pull trigger, breaking your bones into pieces."
Reasons why he hated Hazard. If he can"t get him. Having lord Gilbert on his side. Wouldn"t be possible except through his daughter and that means he had to accept their marriage proposal. Money is power, more money more power. That seems to be the only way he can deal with Hazard for good.
He stare at Elina she"d been crying since he came in, the tears running nonstop. How long it has been, for him to see a girl cry again. If they get out of this, he was going to send her back home. She doesn"t belong here. It"s too dangerous and risky for someone like her.
He took the spread on the bed and hurl it on their faces, on of them let out the trigger, he ducked, snapping the gun off his hands with his feet and shot him on the head, he dropped dead. Hazard was started, everything had happened so fast, he hadn"t expect Kenzo to be so good in fighting. He told he doesn"t know how to, since Aziel seems to be the one always with him.
His gun quivers in his hands and he tried to get them back to the direction of Kenzo. He kicked the other in the head and shot at the other. Two bullet raced his way, he was able to escape the first, the second bullet scratched his arm. And fell. Narrowly escaped from it.
Elina whispered from every gun sound she heard, she was almost done, losing the rope on her hands. Just a minute more and she wore be free from it.
Kenzo took his gun and shot the two guards on the head. The last guard was scared, he couldn"t pull the trigger. Elina thought he was gonna let him go, but he didn"t. He gave him the same treatment he gave others. He dropped dead. With his eyes opened. Elina finally free herself. Slowly she took the vase beside the bed and whacked Hazard head with it. He groaned, falling on his knees.
She ran to meet Kenzo.
"Are you okay?" She asked and then gasped when she saw he was bleeding, the white sleeve he wore was stained with blood.
"Did he hurt you, Elina?"
She gulped in reply, did he just call her, her name, he knew her name. She did nothing but stare at him.
"Can you see me?" Though her vision was blurry but she could she still see him. As she was closer.
"Cmon."
"Not so fast. King Kenzo..." Hazard smirked and pulled the trigger.
He didn"t know how it happened, he saw Hazard point the gun at him. And shot. Boom! But he didn"t feel anything, but a small hand shoved him aside. And wrapped itself around him. He felt her body jerk. While she was on his arms. Immediately Hazard took off through the back door. There was a door in the place he"d been standing.
"Why did you do that!" He yelled at her.
"I didn"t know, I wanted to shove you aside, I didn"t know I was gonna get hit."
He pick her up her feet in bridal style.
"Stop talking, we need to get help." When he turn to the door, Aziel came in.
"Sir!"
He saw the blood all over Kenzo.
"Get the car ready!" He yelled. It was his fault she was hit, he"d was so lost in thought, thinking about her and totally forgot about Hazard being there. And now, this happened?
"Hold on, You"ll be fine, when you get better, you"ll go home.."
"You promise?"
"I promise. Just stay awake."
When they came out of the club, there was a lot of shot out. Bullet coming in from different corners.
"I"ll cover you, Sir, just go!" Aziel said, holding his gun firmly.
And he ran out with Elina in his arms. His strong arms. She"d just made history, the poor Elina Brooke in the arms of the mighty Kenzo Brennon of creek town. Her name is already in the golden book. A faint smile appears on her face. She was really in his arms.
Kenzo lay her on the car seat, wrapping the wound on the side of her stomach with his shirt. Aziel was on the driver seat. He ignite the car and began driving.
Elina"s eyes opened very faintly. She keep closing them at intervals. Staring at Kenzo face, looking down at her, he was worried and scared for her life. She was losing so much blood. He thought she might not survive it before they got to the hospital.
"Drive faster Aziel.."
"Yes sir."
"Which hospital should I take her to?"
"The one Ezra works in, He could help us."
He increased his spend. While Kenzo keep trying to make her stop bleeding. But all fault was furtive. She was bleeding non stop.
"Why don"t you do it? You could pull out the bullet."
"Who gets to stitch it?"
"We could call Ezra over, taking her to the hospital could be a risk."
Kenzo slaps his forehead. And run it down to his face. He"d thought about that. Right now, they had to protect themselves from being seen. Else, they could be in more danger than this.
"We"re taking her home."
Aziel nodded, taking a turn. He knew he was worried that why he said that, Kenzo wasn"t really prone to having someone doing something like this for him. It unsettled him. Make him weak. He doesn"t know why yet. But he thinks it was somehow related to his past. Just a few more minutes and they would be home.
"....just be here, it"s an emergency, do whatever you"ve to do and come here this instant.. don"t keep me waiting. I want to meet you at home before we got there." He pulled the phone away and stare at Elina who had finally closed her eyes and slip into unconsciousness.
"Where is Sara?"
Aziel shrugged. He never did like her, so he couldn"t possibly know where the hell she went. He didn"t care, besides she someone who came take care of herself quite well.
"I didn"t get to see her after we all went into the club. Maybe she met with someone. I don"t really know."
"Then why say something you don"t know"
"Sorry sir."
"Just drive."
Aziel nodded. The gate opened and he drove into the house.
"Heard from Ben?"
"No sir."
He parked the car and came out and hurried to open Kenzo"s. But he beat him to it, he was already out with Elina in his arms.
"Find him, lets know if he"s still alive. If he"s not, bring his body. He was at least a loyal servant."
Aziel nodded and got back into the car, driving away while, Kenzo hurried into the mansion. Driving out, he saw Ezra driving in with his car. They exchanged greetings with nodding of heads.
Kenzo lay her on the bed, the room she had dressed up in, the cloth he held to her stomach was soaked with blood. He dropped it on the floor, taking another cloth...
"I came as fast as I ....oh my gawd! What happened? To her...you?"
"Get down to work. Now."
"Yeah." He nodded, approaching the bed. He dropped the box he was holding. Fixing out everything thing he would need.
"I would need to get you cleaned up."
"Don"t worry about me, just attend to her.. first..."
He nods facing Elina.
"Do you need help."
"Yeah, a lot of it."
He pulled off his suit, and rolled up his sleeves, Fix his hand glove.
"Come over here." He instructed. Kenzo did and they began working together, to save her life. Kenzo prayed she lived, while helping Ezra getting the instrumental he needed. To pulled out the bullet.
"She"s isn"t breathing."
Kenzo panicked. His hands shivers, he held his neck. Like he was been choked.
"Are you okay, Kenzo?"
He moved backwards, and couldn"t hear a thing Ezra was saying. He fell on his knees. With his hands still on his neck. The needle he was holding fell from his hands.
Ezra turns to Elina, doing a PPR on her. But there wasn"t any sign on improvement.
She was dead.
It couldn"t be possible.
He keep trying.
"Come on!" He urged.
"Please!"
"Wake up.."
Kenzo sat on the floor, his head buried in between. He felt defeated. He feeling he hated. He never wanted to feel this way. Again never ever.
He staggered up to his feet. Running out of the room. He went up to his room, directly into the shower and turned it on, sitting underneath it. With his cloths still on.
