CHAPTER 49 REBUILDING TRUST

It was around midnight when Jake got home; coincidentally, it was around when Samantha got home. Samantha walked past Jake like he wasn't even there when Jake was a few steps behind her, trying to think of how to talk to her. Samantha quickly went up the stairs straight to her room.
