Cassidy sucked in a deep breath as the elevator opened onto the rooftop of the luxurious hotel’s restaurant. She tugged on her dress, feeling uncomfortable with what she had chosen to wear, wishing she could turn around and go home. She felt out of place being at such a fancy venue.
