Samuel remained silent after Dennis offered words of comfort to him. Consoling one another was the only thing they could do about what had happened back then. They took a stroll outside until Heather rang them up to get them back in the house for dinner. Only then did Samuel and Dennis make their way back to the house. After dinner, Brendan, Samuel, and Dennis talked about work, just like they used to. However, Brendan now had a different perspective. He wasn't as arrogant as before. Instead, he had become more polite. Bryson went to bed at 10:00 pm. When Samuel left, Dennis got up to leave too. He gave an excuse, saying that they should give Naomi and Brendan some space. So, he took Christine back with him. Otherwise, with her and Heather around, Brendan and Naomi wouldn't have any time to rest. Christine realized that she and Heather did indeed have lots to say when they were together. So, she heeded Dennis' suggestion and left with him. Right after they left, their house
