Brendan ignored Heather and went upstairs. A short while later, he came back downstairs after his shower. Heather was no longer in the living room, but her book, "The 36 Love Strategies", was still on the coffee table. Brendan dried his hair with a towel and stared at the book for a moment. Then, he tossed the towel aside and picked up the book. As he skimmed through the book, his expression changed. He couldn't help but think that Heather must have lost her mind. He flipped through a few more pages. Suddenly, Heather's voice sounded from the side. "I knew it! You still want to reconcile with Naomi, don't you? You only agreed to the divorce as a strategic retreat; your actual plan is to wait for Naomi to come back to you!"
