Naomi had promised Christine that she would stay, so she definitely had to get Bryson's documents sorted out. Otherwise, it would be inconvenient if anything came up. Brendan reached into his pocket, retrieving a pack of cigarettes and a lighter. He lit one for himself and puffed out a wisp of smoke. He then stated, "Don't even think about getting a divorce, Naomi." Naomi once again brought up the matter of getting a divorce after they met each other again. Although Brendan wasn't pleased about it, he wasn't as angry as he had been three years ago. After all, he was the one at fault when she left back then.
