Upon hearing Avery's words, Caden returned to his room as if nothing had happened. Meanwhile, Mason continued unpacking his luggage in her room.
"Honey, where should I hang my suits? Is there any space left in your wardrobe?" he asked.
"I'll clear some space for you," she replied.
"Honey, can you make some room for me in the drawers, too?"
"Honey, help me put these books on the bookshelf."
Avery had no words. She then said, "My mom only said you could stay for the night, yet you have to move your entire house in."
"When I come over tomorrow, Mom will still want me to stay over, so I might as well move in. It would save her the trouble of asking every day."
After visiting Avery's house several times, Mason became completely familiar with the place and treated it as her own home.
