Avery turned to look at Mason. Even without any promises from him, and even without talking about their future, she still liked him.
Some people were like stars in the sky. They shined brightly.
Little did she realize that she had already fallen very deeply for Mason.
Noticing Avery staring at him for so long, Mason chuckled. "What's wrong?"
Avery liked him, and Mason had actually noticed it too.
"Nothing." She grinned. "I just think you're pretty good-looking."
Hearing that, Mason chuckled and said, "You're such a silly thing."
Avery didn't argue and only kept gazing at him.
Soon, they reached the underground parking garage. Hand in hand, they headed back home.
As they stepped inside, they found that the household staff had already cleaned the room and turned on the air purifier. Since the weather wasn't warm enough for lighter clothing, the heating was on, keeping the room at a cozy 22 degrees.
