The amount of force Zach was asserting to lead Wendy by her wrist was way less than the force Hugo had applied when he'd pulled her by the hand last night. Zach held onto her wrist very carefully, as if he were afraid that he would hurt her if he was any rougher. He continued holding Wendy's wrist until they arrived at the grilled meat restaurant. Then, he let go of her hand and pulled a chair out for her. There were wait staff at the restaurant helping with grilling the meats from beside. So, Zach and Wendy engaged in a casual conversation about movies. Wendy had purchased the movie tickets online. After they were done with dinner, she took Zach with her to retrieve their tickets. There were still 20 minutes until the movie began, and Wendy had already bought a huge bucket of popcorn and fries. Although she normally didn't drink any sweet beverages, she bought a cup of iced Cola for herself. This was her usual practice when watching movies ever since she had been young.
