I wasn't so sure of the time I left the office, but the last time my gaze met the clock while packing my things was well past four o'clock. Surprisingly, since the incident in the morning, I haven't focused on her since then.
Did she really mean her words about being done working here?
I shrugged as I walked out of the office. Working wasn't too stressful, and I made a few friends who showed interest. Getting out, I met Frank beside his car, leaning on it like he was waiting for someone.
Ready? I heard him ask, and I raised a brow, looking around to check if he was referring to someone else, but I was the only one around.
