For the following year, Bethany lived in extreme heartache. Her studies, life, and emotions all seemed to fall apart. Even thinking about that period now made her feel suffocated and depressed.
Ashley noticed her pale complexion. She immediately asked with concern, "Beth, are you okay? Are you feeling unwell?"
Bethany shook her head. "I'm fine."
