CHAPTER 94: THE EXPLOSION

Victoria's ears felt like a thousand bells were inside. She shook her head sideways, hoping to shake off the buzzing noise, but it was useless. "A terrorist attack?" Victoria thought, picking herself from the floor and leaning against the wall for support. "Someone must have tried to blow up the candy machine." Victoria imagined. That was the only most plausible reason for an explosion. As Victoria walked down the hallway, she saw workers dressed in lab coats. Some ran around with red fire extinguishers, while the rest looked for injured ones. "Ma'am, are you okay?" One of the workers rushed over. Part of his clothes were burned, and his face was covered in soot. Though he was close, Victoria heard him from a distance. " Yeah, I think so!!" She shouted.
