CHAPTER 56: TOO MANY VISITORS
"Alright," Andreas Ferrari said, his eyes locking onto Victoria's. "We'll go this afternoon."
Victoria nodded, feeling the conversation had run its course. "Okay, find me this afternoon. I need to go shopping now."
Andreas returned the nod, determination etched on his face. "Alright, I'll have everything arranged."
As soon as Andreas left, Victoria set aside her plans for shopping. She hurried straight home, eager to talk to Sarah about Andreas.
Once inside, she found Sarah in the living room, her wheelchair near the TV.
"Sarah, we need to talk," Victoria said, urgency lacing her words.
Sarah turned to face her, concern creasing her brow. "What's going on?"
Victoria sighed, taking a seat across from her. "There's an annoying woman following me. She might come to the house. If I'm not home, don't open the door for anyone. Your mobility is limited now, and you could easily get hurt. When I come back, I'll open the door myself; you don't need to do it for me."
Sarah's eyes widened
