There were usually many drivers-for-hire outside bars, waiting with their bicycles or small electric vehicles. They approached anyone who left the bar, asking if they needed a driver to get home safely. With the help of a bartender, Victoria dragged three drunk people outside, all while their off-key singing echoed through the entrance. Their incoherent lyrics made it sound like they were just screaming. Victoria's head pounded from the noise. If she could, she'd have thrown them into the sewer. The driver, a petite woman with a determined look, stowed her bicycle in the trunk and said, "Give me your address, and we can leave now." Victoria handed over an address, "We only need to go to this one place." The driver nodded, "Alright, let's go." Victoria slid into the
