August ran as fast as he could, his heart feeling like it had been ripped in two. He couldn't believe what he had just seen. Lucas, his best friend, the one person he trusted more than anyone, kissed Sophia, the girl he loved. He didn't know how much more he could take. The betrayal felt like a knife twisting in his chest.
