Bella Morgan I stood on the deck with a drink on my hand thinking about my next step. My heart now is burning with anger again after remembering why I have to be civil with the man that I slept last night. "Morning." Alan wrapped his arms around me from the back and I ignored him. "We're going back soon." He said and I sipped on my drink. I saw we're going to arrive back at the dock soon. "I had fun last night." I said as I released his grip from my body. I turned to him and gave him my glass of alcohol. He looked at me speechless but I ignored him. As soon as the yacht stopped, I got out of the yacht quickly. I smiled when I saw my car already here to pick me up. I walked towards it when Alan stopped me. "You're just going to leave like this?" He asked. "I told you that you only have one night and I'm serious about it." I said as I kept walking. "But.." "I will have my secretary contact you secretary to arrange a meeting for our project. I hope we keep it professional, Mr. Reyes." I smiled at him and looked at him coldly. "I'll see you soon, Bella." He said as he gestured to me to go. I walked away from him and my chauffeur opened the door for me. "Go to the penthouse." I said to my chauffeur and he drove away. I closed my eyes and took a really deep breath to calm myself down. As soon as I arrived at the penthouse, I took a shower and get ready to work. I was doing my make up with my phone rang and it's an unknown number. "Hello." I picked it up. "Bella." I rolled my eyes when I heard Alan's voice. "Tell me what you want or I will end the call." I said as my eyes landed on the knife on the table. "Can we have lunch together today? My father told me that you promise to discuss about the project today." I thought he's the type to go to another woman the next day but I guess I'm wrong. Usually the man will be the one who leave the girls alone. "My secretary will contact you and I will let you know about the project later on in the evening." "Okay." He said and I ended the call. I changed into my work attire and go to the office. My secretary greeted me and let me know my schedule for today. I told her to make a meeting between me and Alan. Alan Reyes "I want you to get close to her." My dad as I looked out the window. "Why her?" "Have you see her progress in building her own company? It's amazing and I want you to dig more about her businesses." He said and I turned my body to her. "Let me ask you one thing." I said and he raised his eyebrows. "Why are you selling some of the shares?" I asked asI sat down on my desk. "I want to invest in her company." I scoffed hearing him saying that. My brain went back to what happened last night. I hate to admit it but I want more than just a one night stand. She's addicting and something about her that just pulls me in. "Mr. Reyes, Ms. Morgan's secretary just called and she wanted to set a meeting this evening." I turned my secretary and gave her a nod. "Good job, Alan." My dad said and he patted my shoulder before going out from my office. Let's see what's she up to later. I continued to work until my secretary notify me to go to her office for the meeting. I got into the car and started to think how to get closer to her. She seems so hard to impress because she gave me a cold and dark vibes. It's not easy to talk to her either, she knew how to lure someone. She's like devil and she might be one. Usually my dad will be the one who have interaction with her but since he let me take over. I want to know more about her privately and professionally. As soon as I arrived at her office, her secretary brought me to a meeting room. She was already there waiting for me and she greeted me with her signature side smirk. She was wearing another long back dress that hugged her figure perfectly. She has her hair up into a ponytail and her red lips really lured me. "Good evening, Mr. Reyes." She greeted as she got up from her seat. "Good evening, Ms. Morgan." I guess we're back to the last name basis again. She gestured to me to sit down and she put a paper in front of me. "The reason why I'm calling you is because I can see your father is trying to invest and buy some of my company's shares." She said as she gestured to her secretary to leave. "Do you mind?" She asked as she turned to my secretary. I turned to Hannah and gestured her to go out. We're left alone but I felt the tension between us was crazily dark. "She thinks that your company will be a good investment since you have a really good reputation over the years." "That's true." She said arrogantly and she got up from her chair. She looked out the window and chuckled. "How much do you want?" She asked and I was a little bit surprise. She's unpredictable and I can't even predict what she wants and what she thinks. "Maybe around 15%" said because I think it's a good deal and she turned her body around. She looked at me with those eyes that captivated me last night. "I can give you 15% of shares if.. you give me yours too. How about we trade it for free?" She said in a husky tone. "Trade for free?" Is she crazy? Our company is worth a lot and she wanted to trade? "I have to say no then.." I said as I let out a dry laugh. "Do you know how much my company is worth? I'm not an idiot, Ms. Morgan." I said confidently and she shook her head. "I think you're an idiot for saying that." What? "Excuse me?" She walked closer to me and leaned her body down to me. "My company will be worth double than your company in 3 years." She whispered it to my ear making my body get excited. "You have the oil and I have the machine to process the oil even better. I have labs to turn your raw oil into something that the whole world needs. I suggest you think about it, Mr. Reyes." She smirked and before she could stand straight. I grabbed her wrist and pulled her into my lap. "You're really something, Bella." "I'm guessing one night isn't enough for you, Mr. Reyes." She smirked as she caressed my cheek with the back of her finger. I gulped nervously looking at her as I tightened up my grip around her waist. "I'll see you on Friday, Mr. Reyes. Let's see how much you love sports car." She said as she got up from my lap. "Good evening." She added as she made her way out from the meeting room leaving me so speechless.
