Chapter 36: A Brilliant Counterattack
Alison's face showed no sign of panic as she calmly looked at the reporter, Smith.
Just when Smith thought she was guilty and hesitating, the door behind them suddenly swung open with force.
A policewoman, dressed in uniform, entered, bringing someone along with her.
"How could there be no evidence? The evidence is right here," the policewoman said with authority, her expression full of righteousness.
She walked straight up to the stage, standing beside Alison. After exchanging a glance with her colleague in the crowd, the colleague quickly moved toward the control panel.
Within a second, a large screen lit up, displaying a series of messages.
"What you see here is the Twitter account of Alison, showing conversations where false content was shared. Our police tech team tracked the IP address behind these posts, and it led directly to the apartment of reporter Smith."
