Chapter 106
As I stared at the photo of the couple looking quite intimate, I hesitated about whether to send it to Chase.
"Mr. Wright, we're about to pass it. Should I change lanes?" the driver reminded me.
I snapped out of my thoughts. "No, take me to school."
That little distraction helped me make up my mind—I would not get involved in this. My past experiences taught me one important lesson—never meddle in people's relationship issues.
Even so, I didn't delete the photo.
The driver helped me unload my suitcase when we arrived at the dorm.
"I got it. Just head back and let my parents know I'm safe." I refused his help with the luggage.
There were elevators in Valoria University's dorms, so even though I was staying on the sixth floor, I wasn't too worried about lugging my stuff upstairs.
Before I even reached my dorm room, I could already hear the loud commotion inside.
"You're a grown man! Instead of making up with your girlfriend after a fight, you're sulking with us?" Dwane teased. "
