Chapter 294: Something's Up

Hearing his words, Catherine was infuriated. It was pure robbery logic. It sounded nice, but in reality, he didn't think that way at all. "Don't push it too far. It can't be that I have to stay by your side forever just because you're interested in me!" Catherine found the situation utterly ridiculous. Why should she have to spend so much time with Curtis? If he never lets her go, does that mean she has no freedom for the rest of her life? Catherine was angry, and Curtis found her angry expression quite interesting. She'd never been this angry before, and suddenly seeing her like this made things more intriguing for him. "Yes, you're right. As long as I'm interested in you, you'll never be able to leave my side. I thought you already understood that. But apparently, you still haven't realized it. It doesn't matter though; you understand now." Catherine glared at Curtis, feeling that she couldn't continue the conversation. She was so angry she stormed off without another word. Nor
