CHAPTER 15 TRIGGER

JADE’S POV I've been in quite the mood since I grudgingly got up from bed this morning. Luckily, Peter noticed this before he could make any sharp-tongued comments this morning, so he kept his big mouth shut until he left to do whatever he said, which I can't remember now. My dream last night made me so restless that I couldn't sleep for a few minutes without being woken up again. As usual, I'm trying not to think about it and focus on the things that matter, i.e., those that don't involve him. I'll be at work in an hour, so I don't have to think of anything else except what will benefit me in the long run.
