The place was crowded now, me and Aiden had to take rounds greeting our guests before lunch was announced. Lunch. Just the name itself gets me excited. These catering people sure did know how to live up to expectations. I would bet a million that they would turn an anorexic person to a foodie. They were that good. Smiling so much has my cheeks aching and me wishing it was lunch already. The heels were starting to get uncomfortable from all the standing and walking around. All I wanted was to sit and eat with my babies on my laps. Was that too much? Finally, lunch was announced and people allocated to their tables. Taking a sit I look around the small round table. There was Patrick and his wife Dina, some other people I’ve met before at previous meetings. I knew them to have certain positions in the pack, I just never got interested. The place was settling down now, with a glance, it did show of elegance. The whole place looked white. I loved the way the women turned up, all fancy a
