CHAPTER 312 STRANGE ORDEAL

Elora was taking the ride up in the elevator with the doctor. When it stopped at the topmost floor, she punched in the code Alpha Hudson had left with Zev this morning when she arrived late. Immediately after the doors opened, she led the doctor to the bedroom where Claire and Alpha were, then stepped away from the door to the living room, giving them privacy. She felt like this was the peak of action in her story because a lot of things seemed to be happening with the people around her, and she was just in the middle, watching their pain and torment. First, it was her sister, Fawn, who had a lot going on from a young age. The Autumn Moon was taking a toll on her sanity, and she understood that her little form of help from her sister was simply a guiding force for her during the most detrimental period of her life, the time she was liable to transform. But that was all to it, not until Korbyn came along, being the bane of both their existence and being unrelenting while at it. T
