CHAPTER 310 TORMENT FROM TWO SIDES
Korbyn had watched on as Fawn got dragged off by her sister Elora, exactly in the arm where he had bitten her.
It occurred to him that he didn’t cause her enough pain than he had hoped for, and it angered him.
Biting her in the first place was out of a sick feeling in him that just wanted to see her bleed, but now, he desired to cause her pain.
For a fleeting moment, a pang of uncertainty tugged at him, but he quickly shook it off, ‘Last warning,’ Elora had said, but she didn't scare him—not yet, at least.
The real threat still lay in what she could figure out if she dug too deep into him and Adam, and he couldn’t let that happen.
After she had left Fawn and he shooed Adam away from the Academy, Korbyn turned to his first class of ‘Werewolf History’ when the bell rang.
He walked towards his class, passing by the academy's hallway, which was alive with the usual chatter of students as they moved swiftly towards their first class of the morning.
