There was tension in the air after Alpha Hudson's words, but the council members couldn’t object, so they did the only reasonable thing: nod in agreement.
Despite the fact that they knew they were acting rashly and would only lead to more bloodshed and loss amongst the pack, it was the only reliable plan to garner enough powerful allies in secret and strike when the enemies were least expecting it.
