Chapter 735
"Matthew, it's all in the past now."
Matthew expected Willow to despise him for all of his dumb actions. But to his surprise, she smiled sweetly and spoke those words calmly.
Seeing him staring at her in a daze, she repeated, "Matthew, it's all in the past now. You had hurt me and Aaron because you lost your memory. Hence, I don't blame you at all."
Willow wasn't a saint, yet couldn't bring herself to hate him. After all, he had shared a life-and-death experience with her before. Those four years of memories together were deeply ingrained in her mind. Even if she hated herself, she couldn't hate him.
More importantly, he hadn't intentionally hurt her. Instead, he had simply forgotten her.
Willow could feel that she didn't have much time left after being hit by the car this time. Hence, there was no point in holding resentment and blaming him when her time was almost up.
"Matthew, I really don't blame you for any of it! I know you didn't do it intentionally, so don't be sad."
