The reason why Hannah went to the Farke residence was to find fault with June. Now that she was back, June could forget about using the Quills to her own advantage. If anything were to happen in the future, the Farkes would never align themselves with the Quills in a matter-of-fact way. Instead, they'd stay far away from the Quills. The news of the Quills visiting the Farke residence quickly spread. Everything was within Hannah's expectations. The only thing that was out of the ordinary was June's collapse out of anger. The maids working in the Farke residence were all loose-lipped. Otherwise, why would there be so many rumors stating that Penelope was extremely close to June or June was very nice to Penelope? Those maids were the ones behind the rumors. Of course, June let them do whatever they wanted. In a way, June had gotten her retribution because of how quickly the news had spread.
