Obviously, neither father nor daughter trusted each other. Penelope had no idea that her parents already found out about her intention to clear Sean's debt tomorrow. When Hannah was investigating Sean's background, she also investigated the gangsters. Those people were the brutes employed by a debt-collecting company. They often spent their days as unproductive gangsters. Hannah told the butler to put on a disguise and strike a deal with those gangsters. If there were any updates on Sean's father's debt—like if someone wanted to clear the debt or if Sean's father raked up more debts—the gangsters were to update Hannah immediately. In exchange for their efforts, Hannah would pay them based on the intel provided. Only idiots would choose not to earn extra income. Everyone needed money, after all. It was only natural for the gangsters to accept the deal. After Penelope's phone call was over, Hannah received the update in less than five minutes. The fact that Penelope suddenly had
