Hearing what I said, Kevin reflected on himself, "Aisha, you're right. I shouldn't jump to conclusions without finding out the truth. I shouldn't doubt Linda; she said she loves me and wouldn't lie to me."
I nodded, "Trust is the hardest thing to achieve between couples. You should talk things over with Linda. If it's a misunderstanding, Linda would feel really wronged."
Kevin listened to my words, and his expression brightened up again.
"Aisha, let's have dinner together tonight. I'll cook dinner with Linda, and we can thank you for taking care of me these past few days and for finding this part-time job for Linda."
