Chapter 55: Motivation

Mom dropped me off at Chase's house the next day around noon. It was nice because I knew no one was at home except for him, but I definitely didn't tell my mom that. "Should I come in and meet his parents?" she asked, examining the outside of the giant house. Usually, when she dropped me off, it was a house down, or she was in a rush.
