Chapter 8 QUEEN ON THRONE

HENRY POV: I hate to leave her like this. Why can t I just take her to my castle? But I must control myself. For her sake. She is so innocent and vulnerable. I am afraid being with me she will end up getting hurt. But things can t stay like this forever. She is mine and soon she will have to come with me. I will make sure time will come real soon. I looked around in my room only to find her portraits on all walls. I can t wait to bring her here. This room will smell like her. Her soft flowery scent will make me run crazy. And I will claim her every time in return. ' My lord. I heard my right hand's voice outside the room. He returned meaning he has news for me. I went out to answer him as no one is allowed to enter my bedroom especially after the number of portraits I have of her. I will pluck out the eyes of each man who will look at my queen. ' My lord. Everything has been completed according to your orders. Our people are working everywhere. He answered making me satisfied. Soon I will take back everything. ' Did you get news about white fur pack? I asked thinking about my incomplete work. ' They haven t sent any information back. I think they are in some type of trouble. These damn witches will get killed by me soon. ' Send more people. I want the work to be done real soon. we don t have time to wait around for full moon again. I ordered, gesturing him to leave. After all these years the world became so advanced. This loud sound of traffic makes it hard for us to prey in broad daylight. I went back to my room to get ready. I may be a werewolf but taking care of my hygiene is important as well. We didn t know someone bought it and just looked around in fun. Her soft voice made it difficult for me to control myself from locking her in my bedroom forever. Just the thought of someone able to be with her innocent self drives me crazy with possession. ' No need to think it like that. It was an abandoned place after all. I tried to reason, not knowing how to tell her that her visit was the reason I am free after thousands of years. ' I still feel bad for entering here without permission. Her soft voice made my beast calm and greedy at the same time. ' don t feel bad. You are allowed to come here whenever you want. I said knowing she will soon have to live here forever. I would have killed the person who invented phones if I knew they were this disturbing. ' I will answer this call. You take your time. I said not wanting to leave her for a second but it was for her sake. ' You better have a very important thing to tell or don t accept me to leave you alive, I said answering the call. ' My apologies for disturbing you, my lord. We got news about the pack. They are returning after taking away down the magic seal. He luckily got a piece of news for me to save his ass later. I cut the call going back to my mate who opened the door of the meeting room. It was a big hall with hundreds of seats and a throne at the end where I had attended hundreds of meetings along with my men. My beast got impatient to get out and I allowed it and soon closed the door behind when she flinched hearing the voice. It was dark inside. Only a shadow of a figure could be seen by a human. I took light steps towards her. ' Mate is here, I said happy to have her here. ' What is y-you? she asked in a shivering voice. Why does she have to get scared of me this form this fast? ' We love you, queen, I said walking in circles around her. ' I am not queen. And stop scaring me. I don t love you. She saic infuriating my beast. I throw her on my shoulder when she started tapping my back with her tiny fist but I didn t stop until I put her on the throne. ' You are our queen. We love you so much. I said placing my hand in her lap making her stay on the throne. ' No. I am not. Please don t say all this. She said trying to move my hand back. ' You are our queen. And you will rule with us. I said, loving how adorably she was sitting here. ' No. please go away. Her tears weren t stopping. Why does she have to cry all the time? I had never scared her. I think I should let her rest today. I left in seconds and changed my form opening the door from outside once again. She opened her eyes and looked at me frightened. ' Why are you crying? I asked seeing her sitting there with the uneven breath, eyes closed. Mine. She got down from that big seat and ran towards me. I loved it when she circled her arms around me. ' There was something, she said without completing her sentence and cried in my arms. How na?ve of her. She is crying in my arms scared of my other form.
