Chapter 39

Joel's POV The moon goddess has made me a father and given me a second chance of being a mate. I have never been this happy in a long time. The hall was filled with children who danced around as parents came to present gifts for the newborns. "Congratulations your royal highness, your majesty" Elder Emilio bowed as he brought a box and presented it to us. "Thank you Elder Emilio" Tricia took the box from him and added it to the previous one we've received since the ceremony started. Today was a special naming ceremony for the newborns and I was delighted. The fact that Tricia was here with me alive and safe together with the little kids the moon goddess blessed me with brought smiles to my face. I know I am not the biological father but I would treat them with love and compassion. I stood up from my seat and instantly the hall was called to order by Philip and soon the hall was silent. The newborns slept soundly in their cradle just by Tricia's right-hand side close to her seat.
