Samantha smiled and said nothing. An awkward silence filled the car for a moment. After a while, Joseph handed a document folder to Samantha. "Open it and see what's inside." Samantha took the folder suspiciously before opening it and looking at the content. Her eyes sparkled when she saw "Transfer agreement" written at the top of the document. Samantha took five minutes to read through the document from top to bottom. Then, she tilted her head and asked hesitantly, "Are you sure about giving me the entire 23rd floor of the building next to Lorraine Tower?" Joseph nodded. "Yup. Why would I lie to you?" Samantha pressed her lips and gazed intently at Joseph, looking for any signs of deceit. "You won't take it back, will you?" Joseph's mouth twitched. "I've already had Xavier buy the entire 23rd floor. All you have to do is just sign the document. "A few million dollars is just a day's revenue for the Lynch Group.
