Hesper took a deep breath, immediately noticing approaching footsteps. It wasn't the sound of just one or two people but a group.
Rickard, oblivious to this, had allowed these people to replace his men.
What was most puzzling was that Frankie, who knew Rickard best, seemed unaware of the situation. Nothing seemed to add up.
