Jordan didn't see any trace of a man in the room despite turning it upside down. He refused to believe it and grabbed me by the collar. He bellowed, "Where have you hidden that Stone bastard?" He scared me, and my head throbbed painfully. A police officer stepped forward to pull him aside, and I crouched on the floor while clutching my head. I turned ashen and looked pained as I said, "My head hurts!" After that, I passed out. The hotel manager hurriedly called an ambulance when he saw this. Then, he glared at Jordan and said, "This guest came alone last night! You should know where to draw the line even if you want to frame someone for something!" Jordan was stunned. He panicked when he saw me lying unconscious on the floor. He wanted to follow the ambulance to the hospital, but the police stopped him after he'd only taken a few steps.
