"Don't do something you'll regret, Seraphine!" Jordan shouted from outside the door. I didn't say anything else. Jordan didn't stay for long before returning to Jessica's villa. As soon as he entered, he kicked a table, overturning it. It caused a ruckus, startling Jessica, who had a mask on in the bedroom. She hurried out to see him seated on the couch, looking irritated. She asked cautiously, "What's wrong?" "Seraphine said she's marrying Damien Stone, but I'm the one she should be marrying! Do you think she'll ever remember me?" His heart throbbed painfully at the thought of the disgusted look Seraphine had given him earlier. She'd never treated him like that before! Jessica frowned at his words. Still, she suppressed her displeasure and said, "Of course she will. The doctor said it would happen, right? I think Seraphine looks pretty happy with Damien, though.
