I arrived at my new company, exchanged a few quick greetings with the employees, and then headed straight into my office.
But the moment I opened the door, I froze.

The exact same blue irises! From the packaging, the ribbon, the arrangement, even down to the tiny droplets of dew, were identical.

"Was there a card?" I asked.
The receptionist shook her head. "No, there wasn't. The delivery guy just said it was for you."
She even gave me a teasing smile, as if hinting that the flowers might have been from a secret admirer.
