Chapter 14 Embracing the New

To be honest, our first weeks of married life felt like a fairy tale. Kai and I got used to married life, to our work in the foundation and we spent all our free time constructively, being together and having fun. We have been creating a more real life for ourselves compared to what was unpredictable and lethal in the past.
