Chapter 327
On the other side of the iron bars, Shirley stood inside the dungeon, looking at Benjamin on the outside. She couldn't help but feel a deep sense of sorrow.
Even now, she still felt trapped in this dungeon—powerless, swallowing her pride, and unable to break free.
Benjamin silently observed her, his face unreadable, offering no hint of his thoughts.

They left the dungeon in silence.
Shirley didn't return to the master bedroom but instead entered the room across the hall, locking the door behind her. That night, Benjamin didn't press her further.
In the middle of the night, a slender figure quietly slipped out of the room, soundlessly making its way to the basement. Barefoot on the icy floor, Shirley walked step by step into the dark depths.
