Aurora said, "To thank you for everything you've done recently. Didn't you say verbal gratitude doesn't count? What's more heartfelt than me, a five-star chef, cooking for you personally?"

Aurora was puzzled and asked, "Oh? What's that?"
Owen replied playfully, "Commit to me."
Aurora read his reply and felt her cheeks heat up instantly. She instinctively raised a hand to rub her forehead, unsure how to respond. In the end, she decided it was better to leave it at that and didn't reply. Anything she said now would only give him more ammunition.
