Chapter 31 Doesn’t Seem Like A Coincidence
Though Julianna was financially secure, she did not want to invite trouble.
Her job at the Eisen Group had been a form of protection, allowing her to avoid many problems over the years. She had no intention of giving it up, even if she had considered her options after her five-year contract expired.
Still, those were not things to consider right now, were they?
Elvis frowned but said nothing.
"I’m not sure how you and the Eisen Group had things worked out, but you must be at the company at least three times a month. I expect the attendance record to reflect that every month. That shouldn’t be too much to ask, right?”
Julianna smiled and nodded. "My work is usually done at home, so I’m unsure if I have a specific task to do when I come to the office."
“It’s up to you to decide.”
Julianna was okay with it because she could make her own arrangements. It did not matter because she worked in a different location.
She did not seem dissatisfied, but he remained skeptical of her.
