Emma absentmindedly picked at her food. For some reason, the more enthusiastic the man across from her was, the more she wanted to retreat and keep him at a distance. It wasn't until he softly called her name that she snapped out of her thoughts. She quickly looked over and asked, "What's up?" The man adjusted his suit, looking nervous. "Emma, I want to know what you think of me." Her eyes flickered slightly as she replied calmly, "You're quite nice as a friend." The man's face fell. "Since this is a blind date, I really like you and wish to get to know you better. Hence, I want to know your first impression of me."
